Shipping, returns & privacy
How orders ship, what happens if something's wrong, what we do with your details, and the terms of using the site.
Shipping
Applies to merch. Packets are shipped between members and work differently.
What it costs
Shipping isn't a flat fee we invented. When you get to the cart we ask the printer what it costs to send those exact items to your exact address, and you pay that. Add a second shirt and you'll watch the number change.
| One shirt, most of the US | around $5 |
| Two or three in one order | around $7–9 |
| Express, where offered | quoted at checkout |
Sales tax is worked out at checkout for your state. We only charge it where we're registered to.
How long it takes
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Your shirt is printed after you order it, which takes a few business days, and then it ships. Total is usually about a week in the US. The exact transit window is on your order page, and tracking is emailed the moment it leaves.
Where we ship
US addresses for now, including PO boxes and APO/FPO. If you're outside the US, write to us before ordering and we'll tell you what's possible.
If it goes missing
If tracking says delivered and it isn't with you, check with your neighbours and your local carrier first — it turns up most of the time. If it doesn't, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
Returns and replacements
Short version: no returns, but we'll replace anything we got wrong.
Every item is made for you after you order it. Nothing is pulled off a shelf, so there's nothing to put back on one. That's why we can carry hundreds of designs in every size, and it's why we can't take returns for change of mind.
We'll replace it, free, if
- It arrived damaged, stained or torn
- The print is wrong, crooked, faded or cracking
- You got the wrong item, color or size from what your order says
- It never turned up
Tell us within 30 days of it arriving. Write to us with your order number and a photo — the photo makes it quick. We'll send a new one at no cost to you, and you won't need to post the old one back.
We can't help with
- Ordering the wrong size — check the size guide before you buy
- Changing your mind about the design or the color
- Normal wear after months of washing
- Damage from bleach, a hot iron on the print, or a tumble dryer on high
Cancelling an order
If it hasn't gone to print yet, tell us immediately and we'll try to stop it. Once it's printing, it's yours — it's your shirt with your design on it and nobody else can have it.
Refunds
Where a refund is owed it goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We'll email you when we send it.
Privacy
What we hold, why, and what we don't do with it.
What we collect
- Your email and handle — to run your account and email you about orders
- Your shipping address — passed to the printer so they can post your order
- What you ordered — so we can show you and help when something goes wrong
- Basic usage — which designs get looked at, so creators can see how theirs do
- How you found us — the ad, post or invite link you came in on (or the kind of site that sent you) and the first page you saw, so we know which posts and ads work and whoever invited you gets the credit
What we never see
Your card details never touch our systems. Payments go through Stripe, who handle the card and tell us only whether it worked. Sellers and creators are paid through Stripe too, and the tax and identity details they give Stripe stay with Stripe.
Who we share it with
- Printful — your name, address and what you ordered, so it can be made and posted
- Stripe — payment and payout handling
- Resend — sending the emails you get from us
- Supabase — where your account and orders are stored
- EasyPost — the names and addresses on a shipping label, which go on to USPS
- Anthropic (Claude) — listing photos, haul pictures, designs and problem reports, so they get checked fast
- Tidio — what you write in the help chat
- Rewardful — the invite link you came in on, and your email if you joined through one, so whoever sent you gets the credit
- Google — what you do on the website, through its tags and cookies (more below)
- Facebook — a haul picture with Put it on our Facebook switched on, posted on our Page with your invite link
That's the lot. We don't sell your details or rent them out. If we're ever legally required to hand something over, we will, and we'll tell you unless we're forbidden to.
Google, ads and cookies
The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Their cookies note the pages you visit, how you got here and whether you joined or bought, so we can see how people use the site and which of our ads work. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads on other sites across the internet, based on your past visits here. Here's how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps. To turn off ads based on your visits, use Google's Ads Settings or the NAI opt-out page, or block cookies in your browser. None of this runs in the app.
The app
If you use our iPhone app and say yes to notifications, we keep a device code from Apple so we can send your order and trade updates to your phone. Turn them off any time in your phone's Settings. The app doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
Blocking and reporting
You can block any member from their listing. You won't see their listings, and neither of you can buy from or trade with the other. Reports of a listing or product come to us and a person looks at them.
Emails
Order emails and replies to your questions are part of the service. If we ever send anything else, there'll be an unsubscribe link, and using it won't affect your orders.
Your say
Ask us and we'll tell you everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. You can delete it yourself any time at teaswapper.com/delete-account (or You → Settings → Delete your account), on the website or in the app. Your name, email, address, listings and store come off straight away. Order records stay for seven years because tax law says so, but everything else goes. Or write to us and a person will do it.
Children
This isn't for under-18s and we don't knowingly hold their details. If you think a child has made an account, tell us and we'll remove it.
Terms
The rules of using this place.
Who we are
The Loaded Tea Swap Shop is an independent business. It is not owned or operated by, or affiliated with, The Loaded Teashop, and they aren't responsible for anything that happens here. Questions and complaints about us come to us, not to them. The same goes for every other loaded tea brand people list here — we're not affiliated with any of them. Brand and flavor names are trademarks of their owners; we use them only to describe the products people list.
Your account
One account each, real details, and you're responsible for what happens under it. We can suspend an account for fraud, abuse, uploading work that isn't yours, or trying to break the site. If we do, anything you've genuinely earned still gets paid out.
Buying merch
Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never after you've paid. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we'll cancel and refund rather than honour a typo. Colors on a screen are close, not exact.
Selling your designs
Your artwork stays yours. By uploading it you're telling us it's your own work and giving us permission to print it, show it and sell it here while it's listed. You can pull a design any time; orders already placed still get made.
You're liable if what you upload turns out to belong to somebody else — see what you can put on a shirt. We take things down on a credible complaint and ask questions after.
Trading packets
When the marketplace opens, packets are sold between members. We hold the money until it's delivered, but we're not the seller and we never handle the goods. Sell only sealed, in-date, genuine product.
Where we stand
We'll fix what we get wrong and replace what arrives faulty. Beyond the value of your order, we're not liable for other losses. We don't promise the site is never down.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you. Carrying on using the site after that means you're alright with it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
