About collaborations
The official shop does licensed collabs — Ghostbusters, whoever. They paid for that. You seeing it there doesn't make it yours to use.
If you're not sure you're allowed to use something, you're not.
If you get it wrong
Designs go live right away — we don't approve each one first, so it's on you to follow these rules. If something gets a complaint, it comes down and you get a strike: the first is a warning, the second pauses your uploads and selling for 7 days, and the third turns them off for good.
When you upload, you're telling us the work is yours.
Selling things you make
Handmade products (tumblers, bows, keychains, anything you make and ship yourself) follow the same rules: only things you made or have the rights to sell. No licensed characters, team, brand or show merch unless you hold the license, and that includes other brands' logos.
Handmade products go live right away, so we act on reports. Three strikes: the first time something comes down it's a warning, the second pauses your selling for 7 days, and the third turns selling off for good.
Ship within the time you set (1–5 business days) using the label we give you, or the buyer is refunded. Fees work like Etsy: 6.5% of the item + shipping, plus 3% + $0.25 card processing. No listing fees.
Can I use AI to make the artwork?
Yes — as long as you're not asking it to copy a named artist, character or brand.
Can I write flavor names on it?
Names, yes. Packaging and label artwork, no.
Can I use The Loaded Teashop logo?
No. They've asked that their logo isn't used here, and the same goes for other big brands. Flavor names and loaded-tea jokes are all yours.
Can I put my own business or group logo on something?
Yes. If it's your business, or a shirt for your Facebook group, go for it — the logo just has to be yours (or your group's) to use.
Does the swap shop logo go on it?
On shirts, our small logo goes on the chest by default. You can turn it off when you build it.
What about "not affiliated with" small print?
Doesn't help. A disclaimer under a logo you don't own is still a logo you don't own.
Someone else uploaded my design. Now what?
Write to us. It comes down while we look.
Can I sell the same design somewhere else too?
Of course. It's your work.
