Same three steps whether it's a sale or a trade. Nobody gets paid early and nobody ships into thin air.
On a sale the buyer's card gets charged and it sits with us — the seller can see it's there, they just can't touch it. On a trade there's no cash at all, so both sides just have to actually mail the thing.
Postage gets paid at checkout and the label lands in your inbox. You print it, stick it on, drop it off. Tracking is automatic because the label comes through us. On a trade you each buy your own, so postage splits down the middle. Nothing scans in three days and it cancels itself.
Tracking says delivered, there's 72 hours to open the box. Nothing wrong and the money moves to the seller. Something wrong and we refund it out of what we're still holding.
Not suggestions. The listing form won't let you past them, and anything that slips through gets pulled.
No listing charge, no monthly anything, no mystery math. Enough to cover the card processing and keep the site running. That's the whole idea.
On anything under 25 sticks. Bigger lots step up to 10, 12 and 15% — if you're moving a case, you're running a business. Buyer pays postage at checkout.
Each side pays it on a small trade, since there's no sale to take a cut of. Scales with the size of your bundle. You each buy your own postage, so it splits down the middle.
Post as much as you want, leave it up, take it down. If nothing moves, it never cost you anything.
Three days after it's delivered, unless the buyer confirms sooner, which most of them do. It lands in your balance and you can cash out any time after that. Five dollar minimum.
That's what tracking is for. If the carrier scanned it delivered to their address, the sale stands. If it genuinely got lost in transit, the buyer gets refunded and neither of you takes a strike.
Buyer has 72 hours from delivery to flag it with photos. Most of it sorts itself out — the money's still sitting with us, so we can just refund it. Sellers who keep getting flagged lose the ability to list.
It's the one thing that settles an argument. Date on the packet matches the date on the listing, everybody knows exactly what they got. It also keeps old stock from floating around the site forever.
You tag what you're hunting, somebody holding it offers a trade, and if you both say yes you each grab a label. Neither of you ships first — you just both ship. When both packages land, the trade's done.
Because a shop clearing 300 sticks and somebody offloading six spares aren't doing the same thing. Under 25 sticks it's 8%. From there it's 10% to 99, 12% to 249, and 15% above that. Most people never leave the first bracket.
Because the site still costs money to run and there's no sale to take a percentage of. $2.49 a side covers the processing and keeps the lights on. Postage is separate and you each buy your own, which is the fairest way to split it without one of you fronting the other.
